Inspiring Inclusion: A Recap of the 2024 International Women’s Day Event

International Women’s Day (IWD) serves as a global celebration of women’s achievements and a call to action for gender equality.

On March 8, 2024, EACH Counselling and Support organised an event for its service users aimed at empowering women and raising awareness about inclusion.

Inspiring Inclusion sought to inspire and empower women from all walks of life. The event was aimed to foster a sense of belonging and empowerment among our service users of diverse backgrounds and create a safe and supportive space for dialogue.

EACH invited 26 service users to partake in the event.

The event took place at our Ealing Office from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Throughout the day, Service users participated in a range of enriching activities, including:
– Inspirational keynote speeches by the MET Police about staying Safe
– Conscious Movement & Breath, Music, Movement & Rhythm
– Sculpting session showcasing the creativity of service users.
– Live performances celebrating women’s voices through poetry.

Service Users left feeling inspired and equipped with practical tools and strategies to inspire inclusion.
