Counselling for anxiety, depression, PTSD and more, including support in your own language, delivered by counsellors who understand your community.
Life Therapies offers affordable one-to-one counselling on a sliding-scale fee, open to anyone in or beyond West London.

We offer individual counselling, group support, workshops and one-to-one recovery support across mental health, domestic abuse, young people's services, education, training and employment, housing related support, women and families, substance misuse, and peer support.
Once we receive your referral, we aim to contact you within two weeks to offer an appointment for an initial assessment.
Most of our counselling and support is free and confidential. If a service has a cost, we'll always tell you clearly before you begin.
