PEER SUPPORT

You don't have to do this on your own.

Domestic abuse and the wider pattern of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)  can take many forms. Physical, sexual, emotional, financial, isolating, controlling. EACH offers free, confidential, culturally specific support across West London to help you recover, stay safe, and move forward.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DROP IN

Warm, friendly, lowkey. Always at your pace.

There is no programme to follow and nothing you have to do. The day is shaped around whoever shows up  some weeks are quiet, others busier. The constants are tea, a kind welcome, and people who’ve been where you are

Walk in, no appointment

No GP letter, no waiting list, no forms before you arrive. Sign in at the door, take a seat with a drink, and stay as long as you like.

Group conversations

Facilitated talking sessions where people share what’s been on their mind that week. No pressure to speak listening is often the start.

Wellbeing activities

Gentle, low-stakes things to do together  arts and crafts, music, mindful movement, cooking, board games. Choose to join in or just watch.

One-to-one with peer workers

Quiet conversations on the side with someone who has lived experience of mental health  and the training to support yours, without judgement.

A hot drink and a meal

Tea, coffee, biscuits and a free hot meal at Star Centre, light refreshments at S.T.E.P.S. Sharing food together is part of how the day works.

Onward signposting

If you’d like more counselling, advocacy, a different EACH service, or something we don’t run ourselves staff will walk you through the options.

REACH OUT

Talk to a person. We’ll help you find your way in.

You don’t need a GP referral, and you don’t need to know which of our services you want. Call, email, or fill in a short referral form — we’ll listen first, then help you take the next step.

EACH is not a crisis service. If you or your children are in danger right now, call 999.
