Ascent
Specialist counselling, advocacy and group support
Confidential support for women affected by domestic and sexual violence and abuse across London. One-to-one counselling in multiple languages, group sessions, safety planning, self-care and information & advice delivered in safe locations across several boroughs.
Helps women access services and build their own opportunities for health, wellbeing and social contact. A strengths-based approach that empowers reducing dependence as skills and confidence grow.
Structured aftercare for women who have experienced domestic abuse. Culturally competent counselling, group-based support and a programme that helps you move forward and achieve long-term recovery goals.

Young People Service
Young Male Service
A dedicated programme for young males aged 11 to 17 who need support building healthy boundaries, emotional resilience, social confidence and essential life skills. Through one-to-one sessions and group-based work, the service is shaped around each young person’s own goals and aspirations.
