Who we are
Everyone has the potential to change and the right to rebuild their life.
Support shaped around the communities we serve
EACH is a London-based registered charity providing holistic, culturally sensitive services that help people improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Our services are needs-led. That means we listen to our communities and develop support in response to the challenges people are actually experiencing.
We recognise that language, culture, faith, stigma and personal circumstances can all create barriers to accessing support. Through community engagement, multilingual services and local partnerships, we work to make that support easier to reach.
Since our beginnings in 1991, we have grown and evolved in response to the changing needs of the communities we serve.
Our History
EACH Counselling and Support (EACH) has been helping people affected by drugs and alcohol, mental health issues and violence and abuse sustain positive change, remain safe and lead meaningful lives since 1991.

| 2018 | Today EACH are providing support for people with drug and alcohol misuse, mental health and sexual and domestic violence and abuse issues in 12 London boroughs |

| 2012 | EACH joined the London VAWG Consortium, delivering frontline services across London to women affected by Domestic Violence and Abuse, through the Ascent Project |
| 2011 | We officially changed our name to EACH Counselling and Support |
| 2010 | Mental Health project for Tamil and Asian women started in Hounslow, Ealing and Brent funded by Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) |
| 2008 | A new EACH centre opened in Hanwell, Ealing providing abstinence-based day programmes and counselling support |
| 2003 | Pukaar launched in Hillingdon – a specialist service for Asian women affected by sexual and domestic violence and abuse |
| 2002 | A pilot project launched in Hounslow providing tenancy support to people with substance misuse issues and the Asian Men’s support group began |
| 1997 | Abstinence-based day programme started in Hounslow and the National Lottery funded a Skills project to support service users |
| 1993 | EACH received a ‘Certificate of Good Practice’ from Alcohol Concern in recogniton of our specialist service |
| 1991 | EACH Alcohol Counselling in Hounslow (EACH) was launched in May |

Our people
The people responsible for leading EACH
Our organisation is led by an experienced Executive Management Team and governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees.
Together, they provide the leadership, oversight and expertise needed to ensure EACH continues to deliver effective, responsible and sustainable services to our communities.

Our Board of Trustees
Our trustees bring experience from local government, healthcare, housing, finance, community services and the voluntary sector. They provide strategic oversight and help ensure EACH remains accountable to the people and communities it exists to serve.

Working together for our communities
Our work has always been rooted in partnership.
Over the years, EACH has worked with and received support from local authorities, health services, community organisations and other public and voluntarysector partners to respond to changing needs across London's communities.
