Changing lives through holistic support.

Whatever you’re facing, there’s a way in. We provide free, confidential and culturally specific support for Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities across West London, helping people affected by mental health, domestic abuse and housing. Support is offered in your own language, shaped around you and your community. Not sure where to start? Call, and we’ll help you find the right service.

Our Services

Free, confidential support if you’re affected by domestic abuse, including counselling, safety planning, advice and referrals, delivered somewhere safe.

We offer free, confidential counselling for young people aged 11–18 across Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Brent.

Counselling for anxiety, depression, PTSD and more, including support in your own language, delivered by counsellors who understand your community.

Are you concerned about your alcohol or drug use? We offer non-judgemental, one-to-one support to help you make and sustain positive change.

Connect with people who understand what you’re going through. Peer-led groups and one-to-one support are built around shared experience.

Life Therapies offers affordable one-to-one counselling on a sliding-scale fee, open to anyone in or beyond West London.

Housing

Practical help to find and keep safe, stable housing so you have a secure foundation while you focus on recovery and wellbeing.
