Join Our Women’s Support Group at Ealing Office
We are excited to announce a dedicated Women’s Support Group at our Ealing office, designed to create a safe and supportive space for all women in the service. Running for six weeks from 11th March to 15th April, this group will focus on key areas that promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
Each session will cover a different topic, offering valuable insights, practical tools, and a chance to connect with others in a nurturing environment.
Weekly Topics:
- Week 1 (11th March): Developing Healthy Relationships
Explore the foundations of meaningful relationships and learn strategies to build trust and communication in all aspects of life. - Week 2 (18th March): Asserting Boundaries
Discover the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, and gain confidence in expressing your needs and limits. - Week 3 (25th March): Understanding Trauma Responses
Learn about trauma, how it affects us, and ways to navigate emotional responses in a supportive environment. - Week 4 (1st April): Exploring Anxiety & Coping
Understand the nature of anxiety and develop techniques to manage stress and enhance emotional well-being. - Week 5 (8th April): Confidence Building & Self-Esteem
Identify ways to boost self-esteem, embrace self-worth, and develop confidence in daily life. - Week 6 (15th April): Self-Care & Wellbeing
Prioritise self-care with practical techniques that nurture mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
